At Maxfield, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer seamless returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all designer packaging, such as dust bags and authenticity cards.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; once received, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
